Although this is baked into our DNA, there are times when the exceptional efforts of an individual deserves to be recognized. Today, I want to share a story that exemplifies this commitment and celebrate one of our team members, Dave Legrand, for his exceptional dedication.

A Testament to Our Commitment: Purus Energy’s Experience

Recently, we received a heart-warming piece of feedback from a new customer, Purus Energy, a small and burgeoning business specializing in manufacturing Solar Ground Mounts. Their team needed a reliable software solution to create detailed plans for their partners and clients. Despite being new to CAD software, they were determined to enhance their capabilities and win more business.

Upon reaching out to KTF Software, Purus Energy was connected with Partnership Manager, Dave Legrand. Here’s what Dan Catterall  had to say about his experience:

“I do some contract work for a business called Purus Energy and earlier this year, a key task was to source software that would allow us to provide detailed plans to partners and clients for the Solar Ground Mounts we manufacture and sell.

Upon calling KTF, I was put through to Dave Legrand, and I could not have been more impressed with his level of attentiveness and desire to help us understand how the software works.

As a small and very new business, we are by no means big spenders with KTF, but this only made me all the more appreciative of Dave taking the time to show us the ropes. CAD was something none of the team had any experience with, yet we’re now able to provide the drawings as and when requested – and already winning business from it is all down to Dave. So, credit to him!
